The conference will take place at the Jagiellonian University Didactic and Library Centre, located on the Ruczaj Campus of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland. This modern academic complex provides excellent facilities for lectures, workshops, and networking, combining a contemporary architectural design with a comfortable and accessible environment for all participants.
The building has five entrances: two main and three side ones.


The venue is part of the university’s expanding Ruczaj district, surrounded by research institutes, green areas, cafés, and convenient transport links to the city centre.
Kraków is well connected to major European cities. You can reach the city conveniently by plane, train, or car. The main railway and bus stations are located in the city centre.
By Plane
Kraków Airport offers direct flights to many European destinations, as well as frequent connections to major hub airports such as Frankfurt, Munich, Paris, and London.
The airport is located on the outskirts of the city but is well connected to the centre. You can reach the city centre by train, bus, or taxi.
Train (SKA1 line)
Passengers can reach Kraków Main Station in the city centre and continue their journey using public transport (see below).

The Kraków Main Station (Kraków Główny) is located in the city centre and provides excellent connections to other parts of Poland and Europe.

From the City Centre to the Conference Venue
The easiest way to reach the Jagiellonian University Didactic and Library Centre is by public transport or taxi.
By tram or bus

Tip: depending on the time of day and starting point, a 60-minute ticket may be the best option.
Kraków has an excellent public transport system, including trams and buses operated by MPK Kraków.
The conference venue is conveniently located near several tram and bus stops.

Kraków has several reliable taxi companies. It is recommended to use an established network or a ride-sharing app rather than hailing taxis on the street.

They offer competitive prices and accept card payments via the app.
Both apps are available for free on the App Store and Google Play.
The conference organizers do not provide or recommend specific accommodation.
However, Kraków offers a wide range of reliable accommodation options.
Most hotels are located within or near the city centre, offering easy access by tram or bus to the conference venue (Kampus UJ).
We recommend booking accommodation well in advance, as Kraków is a popular tourist destination, especially in spring and summer.

Ruczaj / University Campus area
The closest area to the conference venue → the shortest travel time by tram (MPK tram lines 18, 52, 11, 72) to the Jagiellonian University Campus.
A quiet, mainly residential neighbourhood without large tourist crowds.

They offer different price categories while sharing an excellent location and very convenient transport connections, making them a practical and flexible choice.
Kraków Main Railway Station / City Centre
An excellent base if you would like to combine sightseeing (Main Market Square, Old Town, Kazimierz) with convenient tram access to the University Campus. Immediate proximity to major tourist attractions and numerous restaurants, bars, and museums. Good tram and bus connections towards the Ruczaj campus.
